11th-12th Grade
COLLEGE EXPLORATION (11th grade) - (up to 5-hours)
Advising focuses on developing the college list:
• Information on colleges
• College Criteria for matching student to colleges
• Questionnaires and/or interview of student and family
• Transcript/test score review
• Research for balanced list of good-fit colleges for student
• Preparation of report
Hours can also include as needed: student and family intake, academic planning , campus visits and/or standardized testing guidance
COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES (11th and 12th grades)
Comprehensive services provide start to finish college advising. Services begin in the fall or spring of the junior year and include as needed: academic planning, test advising, college visit guidance, development of a college list, recruiting advisement, and related questions. Senior services include academic planning, test advising, assistance with college applications, essays, recommendations, interviews, planning college visits, and final college decision making.
Unlimited hours for up to 10 college applications senior year. Additional schools will be at the hourly rate.
Services include: personal sessions, research, editing and/or phone and email contact (during normal business hours).
*Dual application programs, such as in the fine arts and guaranteed admissions, will be capped at 20 hours senior year, after which the hourly rate will apply.
*There will be an additional cost at the hourly rate for scholarship and honors college essay assistance.
