Hi! Its Cheyenne, a graphic design student at USC pursuing a Design B.F.A. with a minor in web development and a passion for UX/UI.
As a student pursuing a career in this field, I've gathered experience through various volunteer work and jobs over the past few years. One of my favorite positions was as the head designer at a newspaper called Husky Herald. Through this role, I learned the basics of design and what it's like to collaborate with a team to create a design product nearly every week. I gained valuable experience in handling constructive criticism and working as a designer to incorporate the input of those around me. Another favorite experience was when I worked on branding for the organization Flower For You, which is dedicated to creating origami flower bouquets for hospitalized children. I have a passion for branding and thoroughly enjoyed working on this project.
I grew up in Los Angeles my whole life and absolutely love it here. With three little sisters, I enjoy spending time with them cruising the beach or biking with my family at nearby parks and lakes. In my free time, I love to crochet, design, and read. Some of my favorite crochet projects include coasters, book covers, and dolls. My all-time favorite book is "My Sweet Orange Tree" by José Mauro de Vasconcelos. As an introverted extrovert, I cherish spending time by myself just as much as being with those around me.
